Chillo Frito is a delicious Puerto Rican dish based around fried red snapper. It’s often served as part of a larger meal or as part of an appetizer platter.

We were given the task of capturing the process of making the dish from start to finish. We had to design the Caribbean look and decide on the story-telling of the cooking process.

It was new, exciting and very delicious, we may add, to create this recipe story.
